Thank you for shopping with Sonoma. We are committed to getting your order to you as safely and reliably as possible. Please read the delivery estimates below carefully before ordering.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Delivery Times Our standard delivery time is 1 to 3 weeks from the date your order is shipped, in addition to the processing time above.
We want to be upfront: some of our items are dispatched from overseas suppliers, which is why delivery can take up to three weeks. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier performance, and any customs processing.
Shipping Costs Shipping is free on all orders within Australia, our primary market. For all other destinations, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the option you select. Any additional free shipping promotions will be clearly stated on our website.
Taxes & Customs (EU & Ireland) For orders delivered within the European Union and Ireland, any applicable VAT is calculated and shown at checkout, so the price you pay is the price you see. We aim to ensure you are not charged additional import VAT or customs fees on delivery for these orders.
For deliveries outside the EU, customers may be responsible for local import duties or taxes set by their country's customs authorities. Where this applies, it will be made clear before you complete your order.
Tracking Your Order Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number (where available) so you can follow your order's progress. If you have not received tracking details within a few days of your confirmation email, please contact us.
Delays Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed by circumstances beyond our control, such as customs processing, carrier delays, severe weather, or peak shipping periods. We appreciate your patience and will help where we can if an order is significantly delayed.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at support@sonomaway.com. We will work with the carrier to investigate and find a fair resolution, including a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Incorrect Shipping Information Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.
